Mini-gloat. I have been putting off buying a new tablesaw for months simply because of funds. I had looked at a few used off of CL, but nothing worth the money.
The other night I was cruising the local HD and low and behold they had one of their granite-topped beauties in the aisle!! They clearenced them out back in March and I literally called EVERY HD in the midwest (NE, IA, KS, MO, SD) looking for one. So I inquired and they had them for sale for $399!!! I know it's not the $299 that many got them at, but still a great price. After setup all I can say is Well Worth the Money!! :)
Just called and they informed me they had one more tucked away on a pallet.
Just wanted anyone interested to know in case they were looking for one like I was!!
It's the North HD in Lincoln, NE. (402) 325-6200 The guy in hardware told me that it was in a weird place and that if I called back to tell the associate it was in aisle 13.
