I've done business with Woodworkers World and highly recommend them. I dealt with Alan Campbell and must say that he was prompt in emailing the status of the order as well as following up with an email asking if I received my shipment and if I was satisfied with the bit. I have since purchased and received another bit from Alan with completed satisfaction.

Thanks Doug. I did a quick scan of some other forums, and found nothing but good things. I just ordered a Whiteside inlay kit. With the free shipping, the price can't be beat.
