I have used that website before, but it would be so much simpler to be able to create gears direct in coreldraw.

Following Steve's lead, does it have to be CorelDRAW? Inkscape (free) has a gear maker built in...

http://woodgears.ca/gear/index.html cost you $26 dollars and doesn't work in Corel but does produce an export..... dxf, sketchup, hpgl, and csv file.

Turbocad and many of the other high end cad programs have gear generators in them as standard.
