I seem to remember that somewhere on the forums I saw a box designing software program. You put in the final dimensions of the box and you got a file that you could open and cut with your laser. Does anyone know what I am talking about?
Thanks,

That link (instituteofthefuture.org) does not exist any more. I downloaded this a while ago, did not use it yet. Might be what you want.

The link at the bottom of the thread still works:

Excellent little program it is. These are some of the little boxes I have made.

this is a cool little program, but when I import the design into Corel X3 and laser, it jumps all around vectoring little parts of each panel. I tried welding, grouping... I'd like it to just trace around each panel one at a time.

Any tricks?

Any tricks?Easiest way is to use 'smart-fill' on each panel and then delete the original vectors.
And if you're using a ULS machine, shut off vector optimization: the path order it selects may be optimal (although I doubt it), but it's very...odd. Yeah, odd, that's the word I'm looking for.
