Rather than continue to pay too much for disposable, where can I get a washable, hydrostatic filter for my Delta air cleaner. 23.8 x 11.8 x 2

I'm thinking you mean electrostatic. Some of the adjustable/cut to fit filters at the Borgs could probably be made to work. Might be able to make 2 out of one. Jim.

You might check Woodcraft. I bought one from them for my JDS.

I'm not sure what "too much" is but that's just a standard 12 x 24 x 2 pleated filter. They are available at your local BORG or any hardware store for a few dollars. I think I paid about $30 for a case of 12.

Joe, I will feel like a fool if this is the case, but I thought Delta and others made these things to not fit a standard filter and charge far more for their size. I will go take a look!

Jim, I found a website reference here and there they mentioned "hydrostatic" meaning, I believe, you clean them with water. It sounds like they were using filters from kitchen exhaust hoods.
