We had an unusual comment by our local weatherman tonight. He said it was warmer during the first 11 days of January than it was during the first 11 days of July.

We are going to make up for it though. He is predicting over 100 degrees in a couple days.

That is California for you.

We were visiting friends for Christmas about 20 years ago in San Luis Obispo and it was in the 80s all week.

I was born and raised in California and lived there until retirement about 2 years ago.

There are some places along the coast where it seems that if you do not like the weather, just wait a few minutes, it will change.
