Looking for stone/glass award

I have been trying in vain to find the manufacturer or supplier of this award, but have only found retail suppliers. Was wondering if anyone had any ideas. I have looked at Marco, JDS, RP, Airflyte, Acrylic Ideas. I seem to have found it on Vision Awards (http://www.visionsawardcraft.com/visionsawards/products/iteminfo.aspx?item=FT1000) but this seems to be retail as well. Does anyone have any experience with them?

If you are a dealer they will give you a discount. It's not as much as you'd like but they have a unique line and they will prepare the piece for you if, for example, you don't have the equipment to do certain parts of the job.
