Another BS Decision Help Please

OK - got the OK from the boss and was ready to pull the trigger on the Griz G0513P but noticed for $180 more I can get the G0513X2. I just bought a Driftmaster fence so will most likely sell the fence on either saw but since the X2 comes with a premium fence looks like the difference will be less than $180. As far as I can tell from the specs the X2 has a larger top, cast trunnion, cast wheels, and cast fence withresaw attachment.

G0513P or G0513X2?

(oh - I currently have a Delta 14" w/riser)

If I recall the 513P is just the regular 513, but in the Polar Bear White color, correct?

The major differences in the 513X2 are;
1.) the table size is a little larger (23 5/8 vs 17)
2.) the table tilts 5 degrees LESS to the left (5 degrees total (513X2) vs 10 degrees (513P))
3.) the taller resaw fence is included
4.) the regular fence is cast iron
5.) the trunions are cast iron
6.) the wheels are cast iron as well

If you don't NEED the cast iron trunions and wheels, go with the 513P.. the regular 513 is selling for $825 on their website, so the $700 for the different color is a nice catch! That is, unless you REALLY must have the green paint!

There is another thread on this exact subject in the last couple of weeks. My advice would be get the X2. Particularly if you won't upgrade the X2s guides.
