Is it possible? How would you do it?
Thanks,

Use a bic pen---pull the tip out---turn a new tube of your own design and stick the Bic back in for the ink and tip.

Hi Jake,
There are a few posts on Woodcentral that might help. I have not turned any pens for refills but it appearts to be fairly straight forward once you figure out what size hole to drill. I would buy a pack of refills for plain bic type pens for this project. Email me if you think I can help further.
