I ran across ToolHome online yesterday and since they are local to me, I called them up and talked to the owner Tom about a new sander. Today, he drove out to my house and delivered (no charge) my new Festool ETS 150/3 and CT 22. We un-boxed everything and he gave me the grand tour of the CT 22. I was very pleased with Tom's customer service, and even more pleased when I tried out the sander.
