I just got done with the other tree that needed taking down in my backyard. Another dead one, but this tree was very pithy and will not produce much in the way of turning stock. I might get one blank out of it at the base. The other one is finally out of the fence. I exchanged the chainsaw because it was not running consistently. The new on worked better but it still tended to stop on me when I stopped a cut. This may be what I get for buying a reconditioned saw to save money. Anyway, now I have some fencing to do.
