Epilog quit mid job

I've got an email off to Epilog Tech.
Just wondering what could be going on.
Laser stopped firing and the front control panel is completely
blank. Tried rebooting, no luck. Fans are running so the unit has
power.

Take the X axis cover off (should be just a few screws) and look to see if anything is disconnected. We've had a problem of the ribbon cable coming loose and popping off of the optic board....it might be that.

Does the head still move when starting a job?

Did you re-connect your pc cable to the laser?

Mother board?? It might be usefull to look at the lights-tho I don't know what is needed on your machine. I just had to replace mine but Epilog was kind enough to warranty it as it was 6 weeks past the 1 year anniversary.
