Picked this up a few days ago:
Delta 220 Drill Press
Ser. #55-6102
14" swing
1/3 HP 5.8 amp motor
About 4" quill travel & feels very tight. Haven't measured it though.
$25.00:D

I glanced at the owwm site briefly, found out the center pully assembly is an add on accessory. Don't know how old it is...

Joe,
Let me be the first to say YOU SUCK! :D
You did get a great deal and your DP looks to be in much better condition than one of my much newer DPs.
My Dad was a machinist and he added the third pulley to his DP so he could get much lower speeds for drilling stainless steel.
Don't know the age of your DP, someone on SMC will because I believe that your DP was one of the popular models in the past and is still a desirable item.
I have 3 DPs and if I saw yours for sale locally I would pay $100 for it, especially in the condition it is in.

My first 'You Suck':p Thanks David:)

I work at a retirement community and this came from their hobby shop. This one feels tighter than the HF DP I have, not really surprised:rolleyes:

Score and a bargain price too. I have grandpa's doing duty (http://www.sawmillcreek.org/attachment.php?attachmentid=109966&d=1234566607). Tighter and smoother after 60 years of use than anything I've touched today that cost less than 2 grand.
