I found them when I saw Infinity tools say they now have an authorized sharpening service. Shipping address leads to Woodline. http://www.woodline.com/instructions/WoodlineSharpeningFlyer.pdf Information says they grind with a 1200 quad grit diamond wheel. Most of the good places seem to use 600, this is the first I've seen advertise 1200. Just curious. I have a blade I need to get sharpened. Local places don't impress me. But I can't make myself ship one blade because of the shipping prices. Makes the sharpening service 45-50 bucks. So this is more for future use than anything. Maybe several of us local woodworkers could band together to make shipping reasonable if they are indeed good. I doubt Infinity would align themselves with a business that didn't do a good job, but I'd still feel better knowing someone had used them and had good results. If 5 blades are sent, return shipping is free.
Thanks for any info you can offer. Jim.

There are two well regarded carbide cutter manufacturers in that area. Forrest is in Clifton N.J. I wonder if Woodline has worked a deal with Forrest. Woodline sells mostly router bits and Forrest doesn't sell router bits but does have a sharpening service.

Ridge Carbide is (was?) in NJ. If you take a look at these two PDF documents, you would think they and Woodline are the same company in different locations.

If you look at the PDF from Infinity Tools, it and Woodline are identical except for the name and phone number. Either Ridge or Forrest would be very nice. Jim.

Jim,

That is Ridge Carbide, I use a similar form on my website. The folks at Infinity posted the wrong pdf file.

Holbren in Florida is also a dealer for this sharpening service.

The Holbren PDF is the same graphics as Woodline and Infinity. Same address, not sure about the phone number. Jim.

Quick update....Forrest address and form is totally different.
Ridge's form is the same graphics and wording, slightly different locations on the page. Address is different.
Possibly, this sharpening service is an independent that done some good marketing and aligned itself with some good manufacturers. Not a problem with that. Lends credibility to the sharpening service. Jim.

Ridge pays us a little kicker for sending business their way. The form is theirs, the logo is whoever is pushing the service. That's why I said Infinity used the wrong pdf

Sorry for the delay in replying, but I've been locked out of this site for a couple weeks. I googled the shipping address, and it shows a UPS store at that location. I suspect that they are only a receiving agent. Most likely, based on web sites, Ridge is doing the actual sharpening.
