Table Saw Sled Accuracy Question

I finally got around to building a crosscut sled. I basically built the 'super sled' designed by John Nixon. (Thanks John).
I used the five cut method to check the accuracy and basically have 1/400" per ft. At first I was ecstatic, but then I read a few posts where people were quoting accuracies of better than .001" / ft.

Should I try and adjust the fence or is this a case of "Perfect is the enemy of good" ?

I think that is close enough the general consensus that I have seen is anything less than .003. Your running out @ .0025.

Just an after thought if you built the fence with an aux fence you might trying shimming it with a piece (or2) of blue masking tape. Worked for me when I built a shooting board.
