has any one fixed the oscillating blade problem as per rixon instructions on their web----is it difficult and time consuming-----tks,joe

If you are asking about the Tech Support bulletin on lower wheel adjustments, it is not a difficult process to do. Just follow the directions carefully and make small adjustments as you go along. I did mine before the bulletin was publicized and managed to get it tuned correctly. After the bulletin came out, I realized that I had managed to do what they specified but by a longer process. If you have any questions I recommend you call the Rikon tech support number. They are good people and will take the time to walk you through any problems.

Oscillating blades are a problem on many saws. They are often due to the blade being improperly welded. Have you checked for that?
