Delta Shaper

What is the difference between a Delta 43-423 and a Delta 43-495X shapers? I just bought a 43-423 Platinum Edition and it looks a lot like a 43-495X. Are they basically the same with just a new model number. This one is labeled "Made in USA"?

I have a 43-424. It sounds a lot like yours. Platinum Model. US made. I dont know what the differences are as compared to the latest version of the tool.
