Questions about the General 50-185 contractor table-saw

I need to know what the measurement from the bottom of the sheet metal case where it sets on top of the legs to the top surface of the top is.

The reason is I want to use my base cabinet & hope that it will match the height of my current saw or maybe be just a bit taller.

Is the throat plate a thin plate like the Craftsman throat plates, or is it similar to other throat plates 1/2" thick around the edge.

13 inches is the height of the sawhousing and table, and I don't know what the craftsman throat plate looks like but the GI is probably 1/2". I did not measure it.
