Where can I find stainless 12-14 oz mug/cup with an open handle

I typically buy stainless coffee mugs and such from Marck & Associates but I have a request for a stainless 12-14 oz mug/cup with an open handle (not attatched to the cup at the bottom of the handle) and I don't see one at their web site. Who else do you use for wholsale stainless mug/cup?

I'm drinking out of the first entry right now-Aladdin Migo at Amazon in case the link isn't good. Double walled stainless body with a plastic handle. No idea about a wholesale source.
