Hi,
I tried to follow what described in the owner's manual of the Makita mac700, to
change the compressor oil 300 hours/3 months (here 6 month -- since I don't
even start it much). The drain plug seems to be steel or iron, while the oil
container seems to be aluminum. The question is how hard I should tighten it up?
Also the manual says to use some tape around the plug, should I do that? I was
concerned that if I wrap the plug with tape, how would I prevent the tape get
into the oil container?
Thanks in advance.
