A couple of members of the Rocky Mountain Tool Collectors set up tables outside the local Woodcraft store about a week ago. This is what went home with me after one of them drained my wallet.... :D


[Sorry about sideways photo; the original has been turned rightside up and saved, but the SMC upload program keeps turning it back on its side..... :mad:]

Dang, the handle on that little 10-1/2 carriage rabbet is beautiful!

Nice tools, all of them, and it's amazing that you can make them hold on a vertical surface like that.

That's quite a haul and the condition on almost everything looks really good. No wonder your wallet is empty. Congratulations.

I am wondering what you gave for that 10 1/2 bench rabbet plane- is that an adjustable mouth Ohio Tool Company?

Yes, it is an Ohio Tool Co adjustable mouth #010-1/2. The price was, in the words of Mr. Palmer, simply irresistible.... :D

awesome - i have an ohio made 10 1/2 keen kutter, it's nearly identical, except mine's got so many hang holes, you could throw it at a pegboard and it would stick. good plane, i think ohio made better workers than stanley.

does it have a tapered iron?
