every time I mouse over something, Spanish and other languages pop up in a small window!!

You probably accidentally turned on some automatic translation feature. Things like that happen to me on occasion.

First thing to try is to close the window. See if there's an "X" box on it.

If that doesn't work, we can fix it if we know what browser you are using. That means, what icon you click on to start using the Internet.

have you done a scan recently for malware and/or viruses? :D

IE version 8. Yeah I think something got bumped whikle I was gone for a few weeks my other computers are not doing it.

AHA I found the cure it was a translation option, underneath everything almost outside of the pop up box in very small print was an option for disable. :D

Mine does the same thing lately. Must of been a MS update thing.
