I've got an Incra miter express sled that I use on the table saw. I just got a new table saw and the distance between the blade and the miter bar isn't the same, rendering the miter sled less than ideal since it was cut to fit my last saw. I'm curious if anyone sells just the replacement laminated mdf piece to replace the piece that fits between the miter bar and the blade?

Otherwise I'm going to have to get creative with some 1/2" MDF, but I would really prefer to buy a replacement....So everything matches color (yeah, I know. Silly, but it is what it is). :D

Thanks Ken, I'll have to check again. I must have missed it!

Aaron,
The incra jig pieces, the ones with all the holes predrilled, work nicely. For $15 I got a piece that fit and the cutoff is ready for making another jig out of. The new piece is the off-white of the jigs rather than a matching red, but that doesnt affect the function.

The folks at Incra are the best hands down. They will be able to fix you up.

FYI, Rockler and Woodcraft (at least my local stores) stock the replacemetn panels. Actually I think they pretty much have all of the components.
