I was off for the week and got some time int he shop to work on the spinny thing. I was suppose to be making xmas presents for the wife's employees. The problem is everytime I make something, she wants to keep it. This one was a keeper before I started.
Some really pretty Cocobola and an Ebony topper. Finished with Hut's Friction polish. It's my first attempt at a turned box.

Scott .....beautiful! I don't do spinny things and with the talent here at SMC I don't know if I want to even learn........I'd be embarrassed! Great wood and project!

Hi Scott
Very nice. I suspect you will be making a lot of these. When I turn something that looks that nice I call it a chiropractor. As I find myself twisting my head around as I walk by so I can have one last look.
