This cookie jar is made from maple and walnut. It is 8 inches wide and 7 inches high. The outside is finished with lacquer, the inside has no finish. Hope you like it.

Now, Glenn, I could work you a deal on some fabulous oatmeal/raisin cookies that my wife makes for you to fill that cookie jar with... :rolleyes:

Love the shape of that lid. This is something I need to take the time to work on.
I have not turned much stuff that has a lid yet.

to store the top of the stove cookies I made. May have to try my hand at that if I can fine a blank that is long enough. Nice looking.

Thanks for the nice comments. I just burned in some diamonds around the top to give it some character.
