Come on folks..... Keith wants us to submit our choice of our next router to buy and he will see if he can get a special discount for a bulk purchase.

My vote for me - DeWalt DW621 VS Plunge

A deal on the new Milwaukee 3hp model with built in above the table height setting would be nice. Since it's kind of pricy, the deal might be more worthwhile than some lower priced models.

Dennis, good luck on getting a bunch of woodworkers to agree on which brand/model of router to buy!

I have four of them and the big PC in my milling machine doesn’t get used very much. If the wife caught me with another one….

Don't expect a huge discount, there is very little markup in such a tool. I have a DW621, it's a neat, neat machine.

everybody's heard of the new BULK routers.......They operate directly off a cyclone.....you just need the cyclone that has a 30" impeller and a 25hp 3ph motor and 12" piping........gotta spin that bit somehow.... ;-)

I could probably be convinced to purchase another router. The DW621 would be good, but even better would be one of the various 3 HP types. Dewalt DW625 maybe? Or one of the cheaper Hitachi / Freuds. I am really looking for a dedicated table router.

I don't know what kind of price the bulk deal would be, but there are $20 off $200 coupons floating around for Amazon, plus the free shipping. It sounds like it would be hard to beat those prices. If you can, put me down for one!

Where does somebody find the 20 off 200 coupons for amazon? I am ready to place an order and the $20 would get me some extra jigsaw blades.

The models mentioned are all interesting.

I could use a good variable speed router to go in a table.

I could also use a good laminate trimmer.

Scott.
