Tormek jigs on a Grizzly?

(Asked on another forum also) What is the diameter of the Tormek support rod. Would the jigs for Tormek work on the Griz. 10" grinder? I like the looks of the Tormek lathe tool jig for it's ease of setting and apparent repeatability.
For me (ymmv) the instructions for the Griz are not too helpful, compared to those on the Tormek site.

From what I understand, Tormek now has a device that lets you use their jigs on any grinder. Don't know how well it works, but it's out there.
