Does anyone have a technique they wouldn't mind sharing for color filling on glass?

I have some glass plates that will be used for a home show and I thought it would be nice to color the laser etching with gold, but I can't get any kind of consistency with rub n buff. Any suggestions?

Thermark has a color "bronze" for glass and ceramics. By adjusting the settings and coat thickness you can reach a golden look

Andrea, did you reach good looking bronze with Thermark? All my tries ended with dirty-bronze color :(

I simply mask with transfer tape, laser through, and spray with my favorite color of spraypaint. See this thread for a pic of a gold dragon on black glass...

That is the perfect way for me to go with this (mask, engrave, paint).

Thank you!!!

Garrick,

I just noticed you're in G'ville... I lived there for 17 years (left in '97), and I'll be there next weekend for my high school reunion, visit the parental units, etc.
