A bunch of retailers had off-brand 10" CMS' for $70 this morning. Heck most even included a carbide blade. My 10" US built Milwaukee was well over $300 years ago and that didn't include a $115 Forrest ChopMaster blade. It almost seems too cheap at $70, but almost worth having for scrap and other rough work. Anyone bite?

I have a Ryobi CMS I bought about 6 months ago for $78, with a carbide blade. (Note that it regularly goes for something like $87 now at the BORG.)

Works just fine.

Probably not good for a production situation, but I've used it to cut wood, aluminum extrusions (with the regular blade) and 1/4" mild steel with an abrasive cutoff type blade.
