I ordered a set of tools from Microfence two weeks ago. They showed up promptly, but I could not find one batch of parts that was supposed to be packaged with the order, the half-round ends for the fence and the attaching hardware. After checking the packing material to be sure I didn't throw out this baby with the bath water I called Microfence.
Jill answered the phone, was very apologetic, and said the parts would be set out ASAP via mail. The parts arrived very quickly, as did a nice handwritten note from Rich the owner.
Kudos to Microfence for great customer service with the personal touch. I had read on this forum that it was a good product, and that contributed to my buying decision, but now let me add their personalized service makes them really stand out. Highly recommended!
