Nice. What types of wood did you use?

I like them. They should look better and better as the cherry ages.

These are great designs. Very elegant but efficient. Made in a week...that's really kicking some sawdust !
What about drawer handles...or is there a hand inset on the bottom of the drawer?

All,
The wood is cherry and soft maple.
I like the way cherry darkens with time also.
The tables were actually built it two days, however, the finishing is not yet complete. One thing I like about this design is it's was easy to build.
I have some knobs to intall for the drawers once the finsih is done.

Thanks Joe. Yes, I made the bowls and the art stand also. i've been experimenting with photos of my work. The assessories make the subject peice look better as well as the no-seam backdrop.

Very nice Bret. I'm in the process of making 2 end tables just like these but with straight tapered legs. African Mahogany and curly maple. Hope they turn out half as good as those.
