I hope someone remembers...

Can someone help me out? I know I saw an article in one of the woodworking magazines about building a small cabinet for router bits - just bits, not a whole cabinet that holds the router, etc. It hung on the wall, and each "shelf" tipped out to get to the bits. I know I saw it somewhere, but I've spent several trips to the library seaching for it to no avail.

Anyone recall what issue that was?
