The title says it all.

Anyone familiar with any testing head to head or that runs the pro-classic through a series of tests for durability for kitchen projects.

I am trying to get away from the pro-classic for cabs and move to the tinted EM6000.

good luck with the EM6000. Not really a good choice for kitchen cabinets IMO.

I have finished a fair number of cabinets with the predecessor of EM6000 as well as many other projects. My understanding is that USL was KCMA approved as a finish. Granted it isn't a conversion varnish but it is every bit as good as a solvent pre-cat or a CAB-acrylic.

I'm curious what the issue is and why it isn't a good choice?

My kitchen was finished in 2003 with the predecessor (PSL) of the predecessor (USL) of EM6000 and it's still going strong. Some corners have been dinged since our girls came along, but I can't blame that on the finish...the wood under it also took the same beating.

I've used EM6000 (both clear and tinted) for several projects and found it to be a great finish. It sprays easily and stands up very well when cured.
