Sanding Belts for Scroll Saws

Has anyone used these sanding belts for scroll saws from Lee Valley? They look like they would save me alot of work if they work out. If you have used them, what are your thoughts?

I have not personally used them but my son uses them a lot. He does a lot of scroll work and uses these quite a bit to save time.

I've got a no pin style scroll saw and I found 6" x 1" strips folded in half the long ways work nearly as well. You dont have to be very careful with the lee valley ones since they adjust to the angle and its hard to over tension them.
