Just finishing up these screen doors for a customer.
#1 42"x85" 1.25" thick.
#2 set of double 36"x80" 1.25" thick.

The center cross bucks were all hand fit. I think they turned out pretty good. Its a shame there going to paint them....

Ouch, I'm with you. Those are definitely too pretty to paint over :(

very nice brett, love the patterns. i've gone through that geometric nightmare with trying to reproduce non-square window muntin patterns. but it is fun, i admit, to see them come together in the end.

Those are great screen doors. I love the grain and it is a shame to paint.

I made adirondack chairs a year ago from cyprus. I loved worked with it and the grain was pretty. I looked around a lot for a clear finish that would hold up but was not happy with what I found and ended up painting the chairs. It was a shame to paint but am happy with how they have held up in the weather.
