I've started the glue-up of a large cabinet and created a jig to help line up the side panels (57" x 24") with the face frame, and keep the panel vertical while I clamped it up. No more worries about the panel tipping over and destroying the face frame.

Very Nice Bryan, I will have to try a set of those for the shop. Looks like they will be very handy for lots of glue up jobs.

The cabinet just has the one side?
If that's not the case, why not assemble the box then lay the face frame on it?
I'm not saying its not a good solution, but its kind of an odd problem to be having.

The cabinet has two sides and a center partition. I glue one panel at a time because I'm using tongue and groove to join the face to the panels. I would think trying to line up all of the tongue and grooves on an entire box would be near impossible, and besides, I don't have that many clamps.

One more pic ... I got the center partition glued up. This is the largest cabinet I've built so far.

Bryan - cool - especially the ply edge fixtures with the slot - THERE's an idea I'll remember.
