Mark,

Looks good. Can you give some details like what you used for the base and where you picked up some of the components?

Thanks

Mike

In addition to the above, I purchased the Lexan, the nylon washers, and had the extrusion annodizing done locally. Also I purchased the aluminum extrusion other than the Felder extension table and the T-Slot extrusion for my previous employer for scrap price. Lastly the brass rods holding the ureathane feet to the clamps was also purchased locally. I think that everything

You may want ot check out the FOG forum. Theres a person there that has real concerns with the clamping system of this fence. The post and replies are very interesting. This fences seems to have initiated quite a debate.

Mark; I have followed your posting on the FOG from the first having made several parallel fences that turned out less than steller. Main problem I have with your fence is the color. Where's the GREEN? LOL!

I wanted to color it to get attention and create a stir. I guess I acheived that. After my friends saw it, they attempted to have me committed. They threatened the same thing when I was thinking of painting my tablesaw pink. I dont expect it to stay pretty for long. Right now if I made it again, I would make the clamp arms shorter and less heavy. I think I over did it on them. They dont need to be that thick. Green is not one of my favorite colors; sorry. As I mentioned in FOG, it remains to be seen how it works and I will post that later. Lastly, I can somewhat understand Brian Lambs comments about it being the design authority on that forum and the inventor of the Big Squeeze Clamps. I have talked to a couple people who love their fence on the sliding table. Both their fences are like mine except for the clamp locations and the clamps themselves
