I want to build a storage cabinet to go under the extension on my Jet 52" table saw. Somebody have some pictures of something they have built? Tried to search but must be too common; just get an error message. David

If you do a search for out feed tables you will see a lot of pics and most people with a nice out feed table will have a nice cabinet as well.

I've built this two table saw, storage island, outfeed workbench thing. I did not build the cabinets underneath, I recycled them off of some remodel jobs. I had to cut the toe kicks down to get the height right and other modifications

I really like this setup. I usually keep a dado on the older saw. Everything is fastened together in one big unit so it's very heavy so when I clamp something to the work surface it does not move.

A shop is always a work in progress.

Best regards, Bret

Do you have a router table? If not, it sounds like a good time to put on in the wing and build a cabinet around it.

Ya see ... thats why I dont post pictures of my unfinished plywood shelves next to my TS, I'd get outdone by those nice pieces of shop 'furniture'. :D

How do you remember what's in all the drawers?

Charlie, nice set up. I have this same saw, and have been trying to decide how to attach an outfeed table to the channel iron, and stll be able to use the fence. Do you have plans for yours?

Thanks, Ray

Ray, my outfeed table is stand-alone. I use locking casters and a stick of angle aluminum clamped to the side to keep it in place. The casters alone do the job for the most part. I can roll it around and use it for assy or whatever as well as outfeed support. It has folding legs on the outboard end. Sorry, I don't have any plans.

The height is adjustable from underneath.

Well, mine isn't fine furniture either, but I think it will get the job done. 150836 More info in my latest update here: http://www.sawmillcreek.org/showthread.php?t=14427&page=6 Jim.
