Hi Creekers,
So I'm engraving some aluminum and I've set up a vee block and a positive stop. We'll it's pretty "Mickey Mouse" and I don't trust it.
DUH1, It's a stepped tubular shape and I have a rotary. So I set it up in the rotary but the non driven end is pretty heavy and it's not consistent about turning.
AHA! Use the rotary as a stationary fixture. Problem solved. It made it easy to adjust for the steps and make the part level. (and reduced my cycle time)
