Bob,

The hook pad on my sander has given up the ghost, so to speak. At least it has given up it's holding power.

What is the fastest way to get one here in Pasadena CA ???

If you go to the Festool site, they have a list of ISA's and there may be one close enough for you to drive to. Call before, to make sure that item is in stock.
