I cant find a Dado plate for my saw... they are on back order... and the usual vendors dont list my saw as a exact fit in all the catalogs.... they list the R4511 , but not the R4510.

So these will work for now.

I made a third blank, and I will take in with me next time I go up to Atlanta and size it up to the various plates Highland and Rockler have in the store....

and the dado set plate. I set it up with a 7/16" cut just to get it started.
Love the Oshlun set by the way !!!!

Why would you want to buy one, when you can make them just that easy?? Plus everything will be a ZCI!

These are two pieces of 1/4 inch birch ply glued together.... I would like to have phenolic ply or UHMW topped inserts....

But yeah, These are just fine, and took 30 minutes to make two of them....
I just had to shape it with the jigsaw and palm sander, fold the saw upright and trace out the landing pads on the bottom of each one...and go to work with a paring chisel to get them to sit flush....
