Hello everyone.
I would like to know the proper thickness and overall height of the appropriate knife for an RBI 408 8" Thickness Planer. Also, as I have no setting gage, how high above the cutter head cylinder should the cutting edge be set. Thanks.
On another note, I have what appears to be a jointer table attachment that I think goes on an RBI 612 Planer.
It is heavy cast aluminum tables with side brackets. Not sure if it's all there but I'd like to GIVE it to someone that can use it who is willing to pay to ship it or can pick it up in Fairport, NY (east of Rochester in western NY). Perhaps a small donation to Sawmill Creek would be approppriate.
