The Delta Unisaw Factory is just outside of the delineated Floodplain of the Middle Fork of Deer Creek in Jackson Tennessee. (N 35.73789 W 88.85527) They're having record flooding all around the state of Tennessee. Does anybody know if the factory is wet or dry?

Not sure about the Delta plant, but just up the road, they had extensive road damage and flooding. I'm sure that the pond between corporate and the plant is pushing the banks.

Do I see rust in Deltas future?

Do I see rust in Deltas future?
Or an excuse to shut it down and move production?

Ah HAH!!! Now if they had kept the plant here in Tupelo (on a hill) they wouldn't be worried by such stuff.

Or an excuse to shut it down and move production?

Do you mean to an Asian country?

Worried about Delta moving its operations overseas? When did they move back to the US-of-A?

'Cept for the new Unisaw, what does Delta make in the US??

I ordered a new Unisaw from Delta and it shipped last week. It's supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I guess I'll find out how deep the river was by the high water mark on the box.

Still don't know how the entire factory fared with this flood, but it looks like at the very least my saw got spared. The saw was delivered today and it was in perfect condition. Not a water spot to be found. I'll start a new thread soon to give my thoughts on the new Unisaw. So - Delta may not be having a rusty sale or moving to Mexico sale anytime soon!
