I had a meeting last night and I finished this just before I went.
This form had been sitting around the shop for six months or more... I had a enough time so...

6 3/4 inches high by 4 1/2 inches in diameter.
Oil Sanded to 600 with a burnished wax finish

As always, All Comments, Critiques and Questions Welcome

I like the form, it is more about accentuating the wood than it is the shape, really highlights that curl.

Beautiful wood. I love the little upturn at the opening. The bottom portion of the form seems a little wider than I'm used to seeing, but I think that makes it interesting.

Beautiful hollow form George! Amazing wood! Reminds me of a Joe Landon piece - before the dye!

Very nice work! Looking forward to the next one!

I think that it looked even better in person. The pics are great, but it is difficult to really capture the chatoyance (sp?) in a piece like this. This piece really does glow!

The more I look at your forms I am starting to see a bit of an egg-like shape. I really like the continuous curves. [no, I'm not calling you an egg head :D]
