Probably be able to tell you just what kind of off brand it is if we could see the underside of the frog, but I'd venture to guess that it isn't worth your gas unless you want to set it on the mantle or something.

Its an antiquated, poorly looked after, object for making thin curly strips of scratch wood for narrow minded political types.

Oops, and said strips are bio degradable, environmentally friendly, with ecological properties!

It is an economy grade plane with a stamped steel frog...avoid it.
