I'm looking for advice on how and what to build in a gfci/etc protected power distribution device to feed off of a generator for standard jobsite tools -- saws, nail guns, and the like. I do rebuild/recovery/disaster relief work more like carpentry and construction, not just regular woodworking, but with the same jobsite tools. I want to learn the basics of this kind of electric work while doing this (from several electrician friends). TRC has a 50A in/six 20A out unit for $539, I figure I can spend less that that and learn what I need while doing it. Any ideas? Thx
