They say a happy customer tells three firends, and an unhappy customer tells thousands ... I'm hoping to even those odds by mentioning a great buying experience. (Note to mods ... if this is inappropriate, I apologize in advance ... just looking to let people know about a great experience ... I have no affiliation other than being a satisfied customer).
I'm currently redoing my shop, just installed an Oneida V-series dust collector, and needed a host of blast gates. I found The Blastgate Company (www.blastgateco.com (http://www.blastgateco.com)) online, was very OK with the prices and called to place an order.
That was on Monday.
I've never called a company and had them tell me they needed to hurry because UPS was picking up in 20 minutes and they wanted to be sure my order got out in that shipment ... but that's exactly what happened.
Today, the order arrived! Great pricing, great service, great product, great turnaround.
