I am following the instructions sealing up a sandy-textured porcelain floor tile. I am using a sponge to apply and the streaks are showing something awful.
Is there a way to level this out?
1) Use a smoother applicator?
2) Apply thicker, self-leveling coats?
3) Apply thinner coats?
4) Switch to some kind of matte sealer, if it exists?
I just read the directions in a much larger format than the directions on the side of the bottle. I says I was supposed to let it sit for about 20 minutes then wipe it off. I apparently let it harden on the surface. What should I do next?
Thanks all
I am using the yellow bottle of "Custom Building Products Grout and Tile Sealer" that says "Tile Lab" on the side.
I also have the spray on product available:
"Miracle Sealants 511 Spray On Grout Sealer"
