Tool making... help?

I have made a few tools but the tool I want to make now is beyond my metal working skills/tools capabilities. So what i was wondering are there any metal guys on here that could shape a 1/2" square stainless steel bar to my design specs. Or do any of you know where I could get the tool made? It's a pretty simple tool basically it just a carbide cutter holder with a special shape shaft. I would go into greater specificity but I don't want to just give a tool idea to the turning tool companies... see currently no one make the 2 tools I'm looking to make. Any help would be greatly appreciated.


P.S. I'm looking to keep costs down.
