has anyone had any experience shipping grizzly tools into canada? is there duty charged on these tools?

Michael, I just received my new 8" Jointer (G0490X) from Grizzly and here's the breakdown on costs:

Jointer $1,195
Shipping / Handling $169
GST/PST 13% $155.37
Brokerage $25.00

Grizzly and UPS was great to deal with and the Jointer was here in about a week.

The only thing that was harder than a non international order was filling out and faxing in the "Power of Attorney" form located on Grizzly's website. It took about five minutes.
